Redcentric is a significant ISP and provider of network services, with a core MPLS network, metro networks, dual network operations centres, pre-staging & pre-termination facilities and a logistics centre.
Redcentric started its operations in the year 2006. We provide technical and customer support for our brands Hotchilli, ADSL4Less and Maxima. We provide following services.
Hotchilli Internet (ISP in the UK) - We provide ISP support for Hosting, Domains and Broadband services.
ADSL4Less (Cheapest ISP in the UK) - We provide Broadband support for home/small office users.
Work with our customers to design technical solutions to resolve complex challenges or to improve service to our clients.
Provide an excellent level of customer service to all of our managed service customers
Driving positive change and processes in their area.
Provide Service Desk & Incident Management teams with workarounds & solutions to incidents
Investigating, reporting and resolving problems
Ensure all supported hardware / software is monitored, managed, documented and maintained
Ensure the business adhere to SLAs
Deliver project-based work either onsite or at client offices
Member of on-call 3rd line 24x7 support Rota.
